Sunday Liturgy & Dedication of the Catherine Baxter, RSCJ College Counseling Center

The beautiful liturgy held at the Barat Campus on Sunday, January 24th celebrated Carrollton’s 48th Anniversary. Many alumnae, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends of Carrollton attended the Mass which was offered in memory of Sr. Catherine Baxter, Headmistress of Carrollton 1969-1978. Sr. Cooke and the Board of Trustees approved dedicating the College Counseling Center to Sr. Baxter and a special tribute was made during the Liturgy in which Fr. Vallee, former Carrollton Headmistress Sr. Taylor and current Headmistress Sr. Cooke each blessed the site. Once the liturgy concluded, all were welcome to enjoy the Alumnae Art Exhibit showcased in the Jay Weiss Art Gallery and the rest of the campus.
