Admission Procedures: Late Applicants

Applications received after January 10, 2023 are considered late applicants. All late applicant files must be completed to be considered for rolling admissions. Interviews and entrance exams will only be administered if space becomes available. If space does not become available, the applicant may decide to roll the application over to the following admission season. All school records must then be updated with current information. Acceptance may be offered to a qualified late applicant.

The following items are required before the Admission Committee can consider an applicant’s file complete:

  • Application: Create a Carrollton Admissions Portal account to complete steps 1-4 which includes the application fee. Apply online here.
  • Academic Records including Standardized Test Scores and Teacher Recommendations:Carrollton requires principal and teacher recommendations (M3-5th Teacher recommendation, Grades 6th-11th Math and English Teacher recommendations) and records for the past 4 years your daughter has been in a school which must be submitted electronically by the student’s current school; however, the parents are responsible for requesting the recommendations through Carrollton’s Admissions Portal.  The recommendations must be requested online. You will need the recommender's first and last name, as well as their email addresses for recommendation submission.
