Student academic records, transcripts, are maintained by the Academic Office. A transcript is defined as a complete academic record of all registered Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart courses and grades, including standardized test results taken at Carrollton for all years available. Transcripts of other schools will not be copied; Carrollton may not act as an agent for another institution.

An unofficial copy of the transcript is usually used for personal planning and/or advisement. It does not contain the signature or school seal and is printed on white paper.

All requests for transcript release must be made in writing, telephone requests will not be processed.
