Start Dates

Follow the links below for the Competitive Sports Program start dates.

Fall 2025 Start/Tryout Dates
Winter 2025-2026 Start/Tryout Dates (TBA)
Spring 2026 Start/Tryout Dates (TBA)

Required Forms

Complete all forms in their entirety for participation in the competitive sport program which includes Middle School Teams (grade 6th to 8th) and High School Teams (grade 9th to 12th).

All student-athletes must register using the online AthleticClearance.com process.

 

 

Downloadable Forms / Information Sheets

This form must be downloaded and completed by a an approved medical professional. Once complete, you will need to upload the completed document into the AthleticClearance.com portal.
