Carrollton's Strategic Plan

This five-year plan will serve as a roadmap for Carrollton, guiding us toward a future of growth, innovation, and continued excellence.  This comprehensive plan reflects our commitment to providing a transformative educational experience for all of our students.

The Strategic Plan was developed with extensive input from faculty, staff, parents, students, alumnae, past parents, and other community stakeholders who attended our Visioning Day in October of 2023.  The Strategic Planning Committee, made up of the various constituencies, dedicated much of their time and shared invaluable insight to directing and supporting the data collection, analysis, and synthesis of the plan’s framework.  As we reach this milestone moment and share the plan with the greater Carrollton community, we take the opportunity to honor Raphael Maria Bastian†, who spearheaded this initiative during her term as Chair of the Board of Trustees.  Her legacy lives on through her ideas and plans for the future of our Sacred Heart community that she loved and so proudly served.

This Strategic Plan encompasses a wide range of initiatives to enhance academic programs, enrich student life, and strengthen our community ties.  It will be supported by dynamic action items and projects that will evolve as we progress, and new opportunities and challenges arise.

The success of this Strategic Plan will depend on the collective efforts of our entire school community.  We invite you to join us on this exciting journey, share your ideas, and contribute in ways, big and small, to help us achieve our vision for this school of Christ’s Heart in Miami.
