As we enter the new year with hope and purpose, we reflect on a dynamic and productive first semester at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart.
Guided by Leading with Heart: 2024-2029, our Strategic Plan, we are laying the groundwork for a future that ensures our mission remains impactful and forward-looking.
In June, the collective insights of our school community shaped the foundation of the plan, culminating in a renewed Vision Statement and four strategic Pillars.
Vision Statement
Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in 2029: A thriving community of faith, educational excellence, and innovation, equipping women of purpose to be visionary leaders and compassionate agents of change.
Strategic Pillars:
I. Purpose: Strengthening our Catholic and Sacred Heart identity, core values, mission, and history.
II. People: Building an accessible, diverse, and inclusive community rooted in wellness and belonging.
III. Program: Preparing future-ready young women as global leaders through educational excellence.
IV. Potential: Exemplifying holistic, innovative, and faith-based education for girls.
In September, we invited the Carrollton community to a series of presentations, Carrollton Today and Tomorrow, where we discussed the strategic plan and shared our vision for future excellence and long-term success.
Since the summer, our leadership team has collaborated with Pillar Champions, faculty, and staff to implement strategies aligned with these priorities. From refining our programs to fostering a culture of inclusion, wellness, and innovation, we have made significant progress and are poised for a productive spring semester. Together, we have made significant progress on key initiatives and are poised for a productive spring semester.

As we look ahead, we are eager to share a comprehensive update with the Carrollton community at the end of the academic year, highlighting our achievements and plans for continued success.
