Isabella Duarte-Crespo, a Carrollton junior and spina bifida advocate, was traveling to Europe for a cruise with her family this past summer when her wheelchair went missing.
Her wheelchair, which also turns into a walker, is a crucial part of her daily life, and she was worried it wouldn't make it to Europe in order for her to maneuver throughout her journey comfortably.
