We are excited to share the incredible work of our students during the Mini Session: Creative Connections: Visual Storytelling and Broadcasting.

Guided by visiting artist Raphael Rodriguez, an Emmy-nominated television executive and executive producer, Upper School students had the unique opportunity to create a powerful documentary on Carrollton's history while honing their writing, filming, and editing skills.

Mr. Rodriguez, who has overseen current series production and daily breaking news for major networks and streaming platforms such as VH1, MTV, TruTV, Fusion, Univision, and Fox Television Stations, brought his extensive industry expertise to Carrollton. Under his mentorship, students worked in groups of five alongside a faculty mentor to develop compelling visual stories.

Love Conquers All, created by students Sofia Moya '25, Vashti Johnson '25, and Isabella Storm '26, beautifully exemplifies the power of storytelling and the impact of visual media. We invite you to watch their inspiring documentary and witness firsthand the creativity and dedication of our students.
