Last week, we celebrated the Mass of the Holy Spirit, a tradition in Catholic schools and universities around the world. We open the new school year by inviting the Holy Spirit to fill us with wisdom and grace.
At our liturgy, we blessed the new Student Congress, heard a beautiful reflection on the power and influence of the Holy Spirit by our Congress President Natalia Garcia-Hanna ‘24, and prayed for all of our Educators as they declared the renewal of their dedication to educating to the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart Education. If you were unable to livestream the Mass, a recording of the liturgy is provided below.
In addition, the Society of the Sacred Heart has gifted us with Mission Moments this year, and this week's reflection is in connection to the Mass of the Holy Spirit. We invite you to read the reflection below to learn more about the Holy Spirit's role in St. Madeleine Sophie's life and how the Holy Spirit continues to inspire Sacred Heart education.
