Congratulations to the Sustainable Cyclones for being named High School Champions and earning 1st Place in the High School Stock Class at the SeaPerch Central Florida Regional in Orlando.
This year’s "Storm Response" theme challenged our team to apply engineering principles to real-world disaster recovery scenarios. Through a commitment to the iterative design process, the team consistently improved their technical scores and maneuverability in both the Pool Obstacle Course and the Mission Course throughout the season.
For the third time in Carrollton history, our team has qualified for the SeaPerch International Challenge. We look forward to representing our community at the University of Maryland on May 30th–31st.
We are proud of this amazing team for all their hard work and dedication to sustainable robotics!
